Before selecting a bag, measure your dress at the widest point (side to side). Select a bag that has a few inches of room, but that is not too roomy or the dress will move too much. It’s natural to plan for a young dancer’s growth over time. Note that the dress width at the skirt doesn’t increase that much with growth, so only allow for a few extra inches.
